The PA Land & Liberty Coalition is a project of the Pennsylvania Conservative Energy Forum

The Pennsylvania Conservative Energy Forum (PennCEF) recognized the need for grassroots involvement in clean energy development here in Pennsylvania. In April 2021, we launched a Land & Liberty Coalition (L&LC) chapter to empower individuals and communities to take control of their energy future by providing relevant information and helping residents organize as effective advocates. While the Land & Liberty Coalition has a national presence, each state chapter is deeply local. The PA L&LC is led by PennCEF and relies on the support of local Pennsylvanians.

The Land & Liberty Coalition is committed to fostering commonsense policies that advance renewable energy, increase financial security and protect private property rights. We partner with landowners, community leaders, economic development groups, clean energy businesses and elected officials to promote responsible policies that encourage renewable energy development while protecting and benefiting local communities.
